Its a delivery: two boucing baby pygmies Who: Percy first, then Lavender What: Percy take Lavender two pygmy puffs, to leave on her Where: Lavender's place, then respective homes When: Tuesday evening Warnings/Rating: TBA/Low
He had written out a small note, to leave on the top of the box, and after he'd picked it up, he'd gone ahead and cast a quick charm to turn the brown paper a pretty shade of purple. He moved across the street and up her walk, and hesitated. He sorely wanted to knock and then linger and stay, but he thought the idea of a note better. If she wanted, she could send him an owl. It wouldn't force his attentions on her. And after his visit with Bill, Percy didn't like the thought of her being alone.
Percy set the box on the stoop, and then turned to move back to the street. From a distance, he quickly cast a spell that sent a strong stream of wind that pushed the doorbell. He turned and apparated, not waiting to see if she answered or not.
**The enclosed note read,
Dear Lavender,
I happened to glance at your conversation with Fred, and I thought I would save you the worry and hand deliver them to you. I knew you wanted a purple pygmie puff, but when I put it in the box, it seemed so lonely for its mates. I couldn't send you a sad pet, so I went ahead and picked out a friend for it. Hope you enjoy them!
