Charlie watched the child run past him, practically crying from Snape's echoing voice. He had almost stopped to make sure the boy was alright, but whether it was fear or shame or what was really his guess. Instead, Charlie Weasley turned the corner and squared his shoulders a bit, trying to let the agitation not flow too far.
Catching up with Severus, or at least attempting to catch up without running, he began to speak up. "Was there a reason for making that boy cry, or is that how you get your jollies off now?" Probably a bad choice of words to start off the questioning, especially with someone who was supposed to be his ally, but after watching a young child practically sobbing in the hallway left the Weasley frustrated.
