"But she's talked to you recently, or not?" Bill asked, concerned. "Do mum and dad know yet? When's she due?"

It was a rush of questions, he knew, but the situation was pretty serious and Bill felt a bit out of the loop. He felt pretty protective of Fred and didn't want to see things get worse.

"You know you can talk to me about this," he reminded Fred. "That's what big brothers are for, right?"
