Astoria really hadn't expected him to pour his heart out to her, not really. Sure, some tiny, wistful part of her had hoped, but she was, after all, just a silly fifth year girl, and not even a particularly good friend of his. She smiled though, and nodded, because it would even more ridiculous for her to actually feel hurt over it. He hadn't brushed her off, not really, and he hadn't been rude to her either, so that was more then he gave most people. She just had to put it in perspective. "Alright then," she said softly, and then went back to her respective corner on the couch, picking her book back up and preparing to stick her nose in it and mind her own business.
