Unable to help it, Verity made a little noise at the pressure of his fingers in her hair, her eyes fluttering closed momentarily. Merlin, she'd missed this, missed him. When he pulled away, she only just managed to swallow a disappointed mew. "Sure," she shrugged, trying to be nonchalant about it even though all she wanted to do was jump him. "I think I can close up now."
