"Dating?" Charlie asked, raising an eyebrow. He never thought Fred to date much, or George, but Charlie was also not one to really date himself—he never managed to think he had time, save the few times he had a girlfriend but rarely got too far with the relationship before they broke up with him. "I remember her," he nodded. Charlie left his attentions focused on Bill, Fleur, and a lot of other things, such as making the toast as he was the best man and helping out with logistics.
He was not sure what more to say, however. At that point in time, he only wanted to spend time with the Order and his family. That part of Charlie was almost selfish—or perhaps obviously so—as he never did end up meeting Ginny's girlfriend. There were too many other things on his mind, and for the moment he wanted to be with his brothers for a sit-down and a chat.
"How's it all going, then?" he asked. Charlie was very inexperienced with personal relationships, but it was not something he was trying to ameliorate. Regardless, he planned to say the same thing to Fred that he told Ginny when he found out she had someone in her life. "As long as you're happy," he said, clapping Fred on the back with a smile. As long as two of the Weasley children were single, Charlie would not feel pressure from his parents. However, he knew he would end up having that conversation one day.
