He took a seat on the couch, pulling Lukas to his chest. The little boy began to settle, and soon he fell asleep. William lowered his voice to keep from disturbing the child. "Might be time for you guys to head back. It's getting late, and I'm sure Lukas will sleep better in his own crib."
