Who: William Knox and Marcus Blair (NPC played by Erica)
What: an urgent meeting
When: Wednesday around 9:00pm
Where: a shitty apartment in Brooklyn
Rating: mild, probably some bad language
Status: closed/incomplete
William referred to the message from Blair several times, making sure he had the right address. 1917 Avenue Z. What a dump! But it made sense. No one would suspect the head of the Syndicate to show up here. William had been careful after leaving his meeting with Daniel to move about the city in strange patterns, checking that he wasn't followed. There was a reason he taught stealth. No one tailed William Knox. He could escape anyone.
He headed inside the building, hoping he was first, because he didn't want to keep Blair waiting. The man was something of a hero to William. He believed in the Syndicate cause completely. Marcus Blair had been a prisoner of Willowbrook as well, and lost a loved one in the rebellion. He understood things that many within the Centurion network did not. He understood William. Woo did as well, of course, but his willingness to forgive humans was something William simply could not get behind.
Unfortunately, despite arriving right on time, William did not beat Marcus to the location. He walked into the apartment to see his fearless leader looking annoyed. William hoped he wasn't the cause of that expression, but it was the sort of look Blair often wore. "Thank you for meeting with me, sir," he said respectfully with a small bow of his head.
