Layla nodded. "You make people happy with laughter. It's certainly not a bad trait to have." She, on the other hand, made them happy with cookies. And lemonade tea. And sometimes with copies of her notes from the classes that they skipped. But the swearing things...perhaps it was the politician's daughter in her, but she simply had a hard time with that one. "I've cursed before," she stated as if it were some declaration of a rebellious youth. "You just haven't unlocked that level of Layla yet." Usually it involved relaxing her to the point of not realizing it - like when she was sparring.
"See?" she grinned. "I am teaching you things without you even realizing it. I am Vader incarnate!" He had learned not to bet with her, and that was a lesson! Sort of... Reaching for one of the chocolate chip cookies, she broke it in half and set part of it on top of her popcorn. Slipping the other half between her teeth, she broke it to take a delicate bite.
"Studying is really not so bad! And neither is practicing. I practice combat and survival stuff all the time. That's the most fun for me. The fighting." Shocker, she knew.
