Lance didn't think Odie was a bad person. When they were very little, she took care of him like he was her baby. He used to follow her around everywhere until he got into 1st grade and realized he was being too much of a baby. But they still had a relationship even if it got tricky when Odie hit puberty. And then he hit puberty which wasn't an easy thing for anyone.
"I know she's not a bad person. She just makes dumb choices and I wish she didn't do that..." Lance said a little bit on the snappy side. He also wished he never told her off when he first mutated and blamed her for it. He didn't want to share that bit of information because... well he was a dumb testosterone filled 16 year old boy at the time. Now at 21, he is a bit more mature... mostly.
"I'm sure they'll find it. My parents only came to see me when I first mutated," Lance shrugged. That really sucked. A lot. "I haven't told my parents about the... crazy stuff though. They would have told me to stay probably..." And he really didn't want to stay, even if the absence of Odie was still the elephant in the room at home.
