If there was one word she heard a lot at Willowbrook that she didn't like, it was defected. It made it sound like something was wrong with the people who went to the Syndicate. There was nothing defective about them. They just had a different opinion. And if being different made you defective, than all of them were defects of the human race. And she didn't like to think that way.
"I didn't know she decided to join the Syndicate." Hana replied, though there was no dislike or disgust in her voice. "I don't see why she can't visit your family and you just because you are on different sides. I mean, I think there's a lot of cross-over between the Syndicate and Willowbrook anyway." According to the network, anyway, with some of the way people were saying things and whatnot. It seemed like here was.
"And don't worry, I won't tell anyone." Hana was not one to gossip about things people told her in secret, particularly if it could get anyone in trouble. She wasn't a tattle! "I'm sorry she blew you off. If you want to use me as a buddy to get into the city to see her any time, you know, I will."
