"I'm shaking in fear of your talents of pursuasion!" He called after entering his room. Why, yes, he did totally leave the door cracked on purpose because the more he could fluster Jade, the more fun this would be. He was all about the game when it came to flirting with women. Of course, he wasn't a douchebag, either. If he were to date someone he wouldn't be like this at all with other women. But Kaoru was a free man and a notorious flirt. That's just how it was. Someone had to be amazing with the ladies in his family, right? No offense to Mat or anything.
He dressed quickly - though not as quickly as he could have. With his hearing heightened, his eyesight dulled a little, but he heard her mutter damn under her breath, and that definitely put a smirk on his face. All in all, however, it was a short process to pick out something quick and easy and warm enough for the temperatures outside and he was back out to embarrass and irritate Jade all over again. Only much more clothed this time.
"To the cafeteria? Or do you want me to cook for you?" He asked, smirking a bit. "So the choices are possible food poisoning or definite food poisoning. You get to guess which option is which." He laughed. It was obvious that he was putting down his own cooking skills, because the Cafeteria RARELY gave anyone food poisoning, if ever. The Masons weren't known for their culinary prowess. Nikolai could hardly make salad. Kaoru was almost as bad.
