Leo shook his head, but didn't say anything. He had no reply, and he was pretty sure Alec didn't want one. Not really. They both knew this was a big issue. This wasn't something to be swept under the rug until it faded away. There were things he was feeling that needed to be addressed. Leo wished he could just ignore it, but that was the coward's way out. As Sean had said, he had to talk about it and get it out in order to move past it.
Focusing again on his friend's words, he couldn't help but snort as Alec wiggled his eyebrows. Despite the situation and everything he was feeling, Leo found it a relief that he was still capable of laughter. Maybe it would fade with time. Maybe he wouldn't feel inadequate forever. "Why is that? Afraid she'll spank you for telling me?" He raised his own eyebrows, immediately realizing how awesome that would be. "If that is the case, I'm doing you a solid and telling her," he added, smirking as a ghost of his usual self came back.
There was a strange sensation as Alec placed a hand on his shoulder, but it was one he was used to by now. They were good enough friends that this had been a regular occurrence for them. Leo knew the way his friend's power worked almost as well as he knew his own abilities. There were days when he wished he could copy powers the way Alec could, as it seemed incredibly cool to experience all of the abilities mutants had instead of just a few.
Breaking out of his musings once he realized Alec was finished, he smiled. Despite being coated in metal, Leo was still capable of facial expression. It was exactly as they portrayed Colossus in the movies, really. Taking a step forward, he swung his fist, rewarded with the sound of metal clashing against metal as Alec was knocked backwards. Luckily, he missed any tables or furniture, and Leo knew he wouldn't fall. The armor was useful like that.
