"Very much so." He looked down to his hands and back up at his recruiter. "I have never been able to make it stop or be able to shut it out, even if it is not off. I want to stop getting lost within people's memories." Luke explained, unsure how else to put it. He doubted that they would ever be able to be turned off completely, but not being dragged into them would be helpful and something he was going to focus on for the time being.
Previously he had practiced controlling where the memories came from, forcing his abilities to keep a timeline instead of being all over the place. But it had ended with seeing the future of an object, and futures made him feel uncomfortable. It was such memories he had picked up that made him hate Willowbrook, because in the timeline of his mind Willowbrook took Melody away from him, even though he had been taken away by his family first.
