"You're such a tease." She bumped him back then just leaned against him. Oli was safe with and from Jo. She flirted with him, but she wasn't the type of woman to attempt to sleep with a married man. Unless said married man and wife were both on board. Then maybe she'd do it.
"In the last two months, I have said or thought kids these days more than I ever thought I would, but God damn." Jo sighed heavily. She feared what it would take to get many of these students to understand that they had to be smart about what they did, that every bit of freedom came with a price. She'd been lucky. She didn't get to Willowbrook until it was a school, but when she started, some of the buildings still had...things from the past.
Shivering, Jo shook her head to clear it. "I hope they don't ever have to learn how uninvincible they are, but some days, showing them their mortality would really help."
She looked up at Oli and cringed. "That bad? She terrifies me.
