She knew exactly what would happen if he got the shot. Not because she could see it, per say, but because she just knew what it would be like for him. She had psychometry as well, and it was starting to drive her up the wall. His was stronger than hers, and worked differently. She could only imagine how much he would want to stay inside and hide from everything. How much it would suck to go back to wearing gloves to make sure you didn't accidentally touch something.
"The holiday might help." She replied, though she wondered if she would be watching some of her other friends, some of her recruits, having their Thanksgiving dinners while she was trying to have hers. Because her mind wandered and she worried about all of them, too. She hated to intrude on their privacy, but lately it was becoming a bit unavoidable. She heard Noah laugh in the background, and she smiled. "I sure hope to stay in the present more often." She added. "Coffee's done."
He asked if she thought this was just bad luck, and Emily shook her head. "I don't know. I can't be sure. My visions are kind of overlapping with each other and making it difficult to see the situation for what it is."
