[SYN] WHO: Nate Ellis, Daniel Jensen, Molly Mitchell, Florence Lewinsky, Cordelia McGuinness, Jillian Devine, Melody Carter, Oren Sanderson, Julian King, Isabel Lagerkvist + Open to Syndicate Members WHAT: A trip to MoMA. WHEN: Saturday, November 23, 2013 ; Around 1pm, WHERE: NYC - MoMA. RATING: Low STATUS: Incomplete/Open; IC/OOC
MoMA is a large, beautiful building with an immense, amazing collection of art. Per year, the museum recieves two, to three million visitors, averaging about 8,000 a day. Being a Holiday weekend and a Saturday, MoMA is particularly busy on thsi visit but that doesn't deter the Syndicate group from going or having a good time. Nate met with everyone just outside Seagram Tower, where they all then walked to a bus stop about a block away, and took the public transit to a stop right outside MoMA itself.
Upon entry into the museum, Nate explained the rundown. Everyone would have a buddy - no one was to go wandering around MoMA alone. It was important that they have a buddy system in place, because of how things had been going lately, particularly with recruits. Nate would stay as long as anyone wanted to, but the maximum was four and a half hours, before the museum would close. Plus, many of them had plans for later on that night.
Nate didn't stick with any one person in particular, though he remained around Isa more than anyone else. Instead, he did try and check in when groups of others when he saw them in passing. He was never on his own, though - he merely stuck with one group until they were passing another, then moved to that group and so on and so forth. He kept his phone on a low vibrate in his pocket, so when people left they could let him know.
Overall, he was quite happy with the trip and when it was all said and done, went back to the tower with those who left at the same time he did, to get ready for the night's festivities of dancing and general fun.
