"Much better. The fragile ego is just as important to healing as my physical well-being, you know." Frankie couldn't help but look satisfied with her amendment, though was quickly distracted by the prospect of food being thrust upon him. In normal circumstances, he wouldn't have questioned even Prim's generosity, but being poisoned tended to make a guy at least a little wary.
Scowling at her as she pointed out his own mistakes, he peered into the bag before actually answering her. "Technically not. I was just hungry," he corrected, glancing back up as Prim explained where she'd gotten the treasures from. Frankie was beginning to get his appetite back, which meant he wasted no time before tearing open one of the frogs and chowing down happily. "I can't believe you actually found such a hidden gem in the city. Must be all the time out with your boyfriend." Frankie emphasized the last word in a purposefully obnoxious way, though it was impossible to keep the grin from his face completely. He actually didn't mind Keir really, despite their mutual missteps during the mission, but he couldn't let Prim off easily.
Frankie was halfway through his frog by the time her sarcasm reached his ears, and he stuck out his tongue so that the mashed up chocolatey mess showed as he did so. "Thanks. It actually looks better than it did yesterday," he defended, attempting to wiggle a little for effect.
