"Coffee is far more sophisticated for cupcakes. We'd have to have cheesecake for wine. Otherwise we look like we're trying too hard." She snickered, making sure everything was set up. It didn't take long before the display was all done and they were ready to eat. She set the water down on the table once he'd handed it to her, and noticed that he was just... using his hands. freely. In his own room.
She let that register for a moment. "Oh. Oh! Luke, you're touching things. That doesn't bother you?" She asked, though she could already tell. He was fine, there was no spike in tension or anything negative. He was enjoying himself - there was, of course, the natural sadness that ran through him, which ran deep inside her as well. But aside from that, Luke seemed, well, fine. "So..." She wanted to ask how he was liking Seagram, but she can't imagine it would have been an honestly nice answer.
"Ready toe at, then?" She said, not wanting to steer this somewhere sad or awkward. She shrugged her jacket off and set it on the back of the chair. She took a seat at the table and waited for him to sit down as well, crossing one leg over the other.
