Who: Sylar, Veronica Mars When: Middayish with the children out Where: New York ~mansion~ Rating/Warnings: N/A, subject to change~ Status: Ongoing
Sylar had awoken early in the morning that day and gotten up as Veronica was still asleep, he didn't want to wake her up with being restless after all. He'd found Lizzie awake and had a chat with her, agreeing that she would take Elle out for the day so that her parents could spend the afternoon together, after all, it wasn't going to be easy, or fun in a few months time. He'd tried to dig it out of her why she was so keen on letting them have time alone and why she always had this secret smile on her lips when they were together, but alas she refused to say and Sylar opted to not read her mind, that would be in a way cheating after all, and he wanted his daughter to be able to trust him. But then again it was driving him absolutely crazy what she knew that he didn't, especially since it was so obvious that it was about him and Veronica. Sometimes he wanted to smack the smug smile off her face though, but fuck he loved his litte brat.
He always worried about Veronica, always, but thankfully she had been sleeping better ever since he'd had his little panic attack to Jesus, so that to him was at least one thing that calmed him down a bit. After taking some time on the internet and reading about everything though he was still well, worried sick basically, even though it was obvious that Lizzie was fine and the fact that she had rapid cell regeneration made him feel so much better about everything.
For the day though Veronica's well being was going to be his main priority, and he planned on having fun with that, after all, who was to say that he couldn't make it for his well being as well? He listened closely and smiled when he heard that she was still asleep, she never really snored, but her breathing was slightly heavy that told him that she was still deep in dream land, which gave him enough time to make her something proper to eat. He cringed slightly at what this reminded him of, that stupid fucking show he now hated, but still, he felt that it was the right thing to do, just to make her love him a little more.
The pancakes (he had to change something from that stupid show) were made rather quickly, and he stacked them on a tray, a jug of warmed syrup on one side, a cup of decaf coffee on the other, and in his mouth he had a rose to keep up the prince charming thing he had going on. In front of him the door opened before he entered the bedroom, grinning at Veronica's sleeping form as he moved over to her, carefully setting brunch down on the bedside table before crawling carefully on it, leaning down and kissing her lips. "Wake uuuuuup. I made breakfast for a woman for the first time in my life."
