Jack looked up, blinking, and squinting a little against the starlight. Even that was brighter than he was expecting, though the thought crossed his mind that this could all be another hallucination, like the damned music, and the drum-beat that cut across it. Another sign of loosing his mind to the Master's games.
"Might have. And I might have lost my mind, instead." He tried to smile, lips quirking up at the corners in what might have been more a grimace. "I know I haven't looked in a mirror lately, but you look like you're me."
