Spike shrugged. "It's a place. A weird place between dimensions, apparently. You just wake up one morning, or walk through a door, or whatever, and you're here. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it." He stuck his hands in his pockets and pivoted, gazing round at him. "Least it's got a bit more interesting, mind. Used to be this tiny little town in the middle of miles of countryside. Seems to be a city now." He smirked. "Lots more to do in a city."
