She thought for a moment, her brow slightly furrowed. Corwen didn't often consciously think about it, it was just second nature.
"Well, it feels like.. It's natural to us I think is what I'm trying to say. In the same way as you might alter your body language subtly without really being aware that you're always doing it. Like it's on the periphery of your conscious mind. Well, a lot of the time it's like that. Although, I can focus it a bit more on occasion, like before." She grinned mischieviously.
"I'm not playing with people's minds. Well not in the sense that you mean anyway. It's more projecting, and delibrately controlling what other people can read from you."
She tilted her head to one side, and reached out to touch the back of Lucy's hand. "That make things any clearer, or have I just muddied the waters?" she asked in a softer tone.
