The Doctor had running through the computer logs of Torchwood and other facilities. Things seemed to be running amok around the earth. Sub stations are down around the planet.
“It’s open!” he yelled.
The Doctor spun around and saw Owen. “Oi, Hya,” the Doctor said rushing over to Owen.
“I screened the girl’s plasma,” he said quickly. “There’s nothing in the plasma. Though, she was low on iron and high in white cells. She has great cholesterol no infection,” he gave him a smile. He rubbed the back of his neck, “Her breathing and blood pressure low for a sleeping patient. She won’t respond. It’s like she’s in a dream and won’t come out. That’s the virus that’s gone around the world.”
He spun around pointing the screens of the computers he had been working, “World scientist had claimed it’s a virus. People had died from the dream status. Like dreams that feel they are real. People had died from starvation. Not good,” he said. “Not good, indeed.”
“But, we sure could use you,” he rushed to the door where the other patient was. “The rate of the victims are sky rocketing. Who know, you might know what to do,” he said under his voice. Oh than he had started rambling about other things he heard about.
