Daniel raised his eyebrows and nodded his head. "There is something incredibly sexy about a woman who can defend herself in a fight," he said with a goofy grin on his face. He vividly remember all the times Sam took care of herself on missions and how beauitful she looked while doing so.
Suddenly, Daniel felt himself being propelled down one of the corridors. "I see you still like to be in charge sometimes, Colonel," he said with a smile before he started to walk again.
When they came to the balcony, Daniel stepped out, the ocean breeze blowing over him. He looked at Sam and smiled. She looked gorgeous with her hair blowing in the breeze and the soft morning light highlighting her features. "Beautiful," he whispered.
With a small laugh, he turned and looked out on the sea and the ocean. "The view is beautiful, too," he said before he looked over at Sam again. Reaching out, he ran the back of his hand over her cheekbone. "But it doesn't compare to you, Sam."
He stepped closer and turned her so she was facing him. Daniel looked at her and let out a content sigh. The shine was shining on her face and it made her look like an angel. "I love you," he whispered before he leaned forward to deeply kiss her.
