Caitlin quietly sat and listened to Major Sheppard name his team. When she saw the look on Rodney's face, she rolled her eyes. Just the day before he had been bitching about the military being there. Now he was acting like he'd just won the lottery. He was such a jerk at times. Shaking her head, she looked up at Weir as she told them what the other department heads were to do.
When it didn't seem like anyone had any questions, Weir dismissed them. Standing from the table, Caitlin looked at Rodney before turning her attention to John. "Major Sheppard, as a member of this expedition, I think you should know Rodney tends to get out of hand at times. The best way to keep him in line is to wave a lemon or orange at him. He's very allergic to citrus," she said before she gave John a cute dimpled smile.
"Oh, haha, Caitlin!" Rodney said as he rolled his eyes.
Caitlin just shrugged and walked out of the room with Carson and told where medical and the bio-systems lab were. Before they got there, she tugged him into an alcove and deeply kissed him for several moments. When they needed air, she pulled back and grinned. "I'll see you as soon as I'm finished with the last of the blood samples," she whispered before she tugged him closer for another kiss.
When they were finished, Caitlin stepped out of the alcove to see Rodney standing there. She raised her eyebrows and shrugged a little. "See ya Carson...Rodney," she said before heading down to her lab.
