"When doesn't Rodney monopolize a conversation? He can talk for hours about nothing," Caitlin said with a smirk. "Remember when we were allowed to send video letters home? Rodney used close to eight hours of space on himself alone!"
Stepping out of the transporter, Caitlin walked down to the lab with Carson. It was probably the most unique lab they she had found in the city. Whoever had used it had also lived there. One side of the room was a small reading lab and the other side had a couch and a small bed. Plus, the view was beautiful and it had been nice to hide up there with Carson.
With a smile, Caitlin stepped into the lab and looked around. She felt touched that Carson hadn't came down there since she had left. Truth be told, she would do the same thing. Nodding, she went over to the couch and sat down. "One of the best things about this city is the lack of dust," she said with a small laugh. "I always hated it when my mom made me dust."
She peeled her banana and took a small bite of it. "So what have you been up to since I left?" Caitlin asked as she looked at Carson.
