Fred sat there and listened to Noll explain the ways of his race. It was interesting and she found herself wanting to ask them hundreds of questions. However, she didn't because she thought it'd be rude. The Sangui could tell them what they thought they needed to know. And when John asked her if they should tell them about the retro-virus, Fred was about to answer him when she noticed Caitlin looking at them.
"We're making a retro-virus to use against the Wraith," Caitlin said, acting as if she'd heard what John had asked.
"A retro-virus?" Noll asked with an interested look. He then glanced at the man sitting next to him before he looked at Caitlin again. "And what does this retro-virus do?"
Caitlin shifted in her chair and took a deep breath. She glanced at Carson before looking at Noll again. "We hope it'll turn the Wraith into humans. Then they'll be forced to eat normal food and not feed on other humans," she explained before she looked at Carson again. "It's actually Carson's project. I'm just helping."
"It's sounds quite interesting," Noll said before he waved at the man beside him. "This is Agdar. He is one of our scientists. As a show of good faith, I'm sure he would help if you need it."
"Well, the data is on my tablet and it's in our...well, it's not on me right now but I can go get it," Caitlin said as she stood from the table.
"I shall go with her," Teyla said as she stood also.
"I'll go too," Fred said. She stood from the table and squeezed John's shoulder. The three of them, along with Molly, walked out of the building and started toward the jumper.
They had just entered the field where the jumper was when Molly started to bark. In the distance, they could hearing the distinct whining sound of a Wraith dart. Without saying a word, all of them raised their P-90s and when the dart came into view, they started to fire.
"Aim for the back engine!" Fred yelled, remembering what John had told her once.
Soon, the engine exploded and the dart started to fall toward the field. When it hit the field, it slid across it, causing water and mud to splatter the three of them. Groaning, Fred looked down at herself and sighed when she saw all the mud.
"Crap," she muttered as the hatch to the dart opened. She raised her gun and readied herself to kill the Wraith inside.
"Wait!" Caitlin exclaimed. "Carson and I need a live Wraith to test the retro-virus."
Teyla pulled out her stunner and stunned the Wraith as Fred reached up to call John. Her ear piece was wet and wouldn't work. John. We have a Wraith out here, about a hundred yards from the jumper. It's stunned but we need some help, she said as she wiped the mud from her face.
