Kyri felt herself blush at Finn's question, and looking over at Evan, she saw he'd had the same reaction. Given how long it had taken for her to find someone she loved as much as she loved Evan and who loved her back, she hadn't thought about getting married. At least not yet. After all, she knew what Evan had been through with his human fiancee and with both of them losing Mike.
So she understood when he didn't answer, instead getting the kids involved in a football game. Laughing as the sound of one of the ATV approached, she stood up to play with them since Evan had been teaching her the game. Or trying. Often times when they tackled each other, they ended up kissing for quite a long time.
"Hey, what'd we miss?" a voice came from the up the beach. Alex and Kat came down with Peyton and Caleb. "Took longer at the fields than I thought it would."
"Just some of the food and the start of a pick-up football game," John said as he pushed himself from the blanket. "Want to help? So far, it me, old guy over there and Kyri against Evan and the kids. We need another since Rodney is apparently too delicate."
"Sounds good," Alex answered with a laugh as Peyton ran over to join the other kids, Erin running over when she saw she was playing too.
