Caitlin softly giggled at Rodney's reaction before she turned and looked at Kade again. Shaking her head, she softly sighed. "Rodney's a little paranoid," she told Kade.
"It's all right," Kade softly said before he turned toward Rodney and placed his arm on his arm. "I merely meant I have never worked with anyone who has been connected or imprinted on another. I meant no harm in my statement. It should be a good learning experience for all of us."
"Oh," Rodney said. "Okay."
"When do you want to start, Kade?" Caitlin asked.
Kade looked over at her and smiled. "In a few days. I would like to get Aden settled in the city and with Maggie before I start our sessions," he said. He slowly pulled his hand away from Rodney's arm and looked at the three of them. "Noll says you're expecting a child?"
"Yes," Caitlin answered.
"Is this affecting your connection in anyway?" Kade asked as he raised an eyebrow.
Caitlin looked at Carson and brightly blushed before looking away. Her pregnancy was affecting both of her spouses in very different ways. Clearing her throat, she looked at Kade and nodded. "It's affecting Rodney and Carson a lot," she said.
Kade nodded his head and crossed his arms over his chest. "If meditation doesn't work, we may need to find alternative means to help the three of you until the child is born," he said.
"Alternative means?" Rodney asked. "You aren't going to eat us, are you?"
"Only if you wish me to," Kade said with a toothy grin.
