"Who in the heck taught you how to pack?" Caitlin asked as she stood next to the bed and watched Rodney lay his clothes in his suitcase. She didn't know whether to laugh or to dump everything out and do it for him. "You're supposed to fold things."
Rodney looked at his wife before glancing at the suitcase again. "If you fold your clothes, they get wrinkled," he told her.
"Not if you do it right."
With a long sigh, Rodney motioned toward his suitcase and then sunk down on the bed. Caitlin moved forward and took everything out and started to fold it. Rodney watched her for a moment before rubbing his face. "I still can't believe what Noll did to us," he muttered.
Caitlin paused for a moment and looked at her husband. "Rodney...just because this Kade teaches children doesn't mean Noll thinks you're a child," she pointed out before she finished packing his suitcase. "All done."
"Good," he said before he pulled her down on his lap and started to softly kiss her neck. "Think we have time before Carson gets back?"
Caitlin shuddered in Rodney's arms and softly groaned. She felt herself throb slightly and even though the offer was a nice one, they couldn't do anything since both Erin and Charlie were awake from their naps and in the living room playing. "The girls will walk in on us and the last time Erin did, you freaked out," she said with a small laugh.
"True," Rodney said as Caitlin slipped off his lap.
The two of them carried the luggage out to the living room and had just finished when Carson walked in. "We've got everything done," she said before she glanced over at Rodney. "I bet he hid somewhere so he wouldn't have to help us."
"I bet so too," Rodney said with a grin.
"Mommy! Daddy! Be nice to Paw!" Erin said before she looked at Carson. "Going to leave soon?"
"Go bye!" Charlie squealed before she crawled over to Rodney and started to tug on his pants leg.
