John chuckled at Alex and Finn before looking over at his friend and nodding. "I think you're right," he said, wondering if he should be worried that both his children seemed to be attached at such a young age. He supposed that he could only wait and see what happened. If they were happy, then it could really be a bad thing.
He then looked over at Fred, taking her hand as the others talked about Molly.
"It actually feels like she was supposed to be here all along," Sam commented. "We were in the right place at the right time."
"Seems to be the story of our lives with this place," John said with a laugh.
After Jack and Maggie had arrived and the party was officially started, CT put in a disc of music he had burned while everyone talked or danced. Bat-Rodney, of course, made his way to the table, much to everyone's amusement and no one's surprise. A little bit later, Alex and Kathryn arrived dressed at the Scarecrow and Dorothy with little Caleb wearing doggie ears and spotted onesie while Peyton was dressed as the Lion and kept rawring at everyone she saw. Soon, though, she was dancing with Finn and her cousin Alex, obviously having gotten over her tummy ache.
"We should do this every year," Rodney said as Tim and Jeannie walked in as Anthony and Cleopatra. He went over to hug her. "Hi, sis!"
"Bets as to whether Rodney comes at Batman every year?" John asked with a laugh as a slow song started. He turned to Fred. "May I have this dance?"
