"They're basically a cult of pure idiots. While I'm not a fan of vamps, they're not all vicious and honestly, there's some humans that are worse and these idiots are." And because of them, weres would never come out into the public eye. "Not too long ago they kidnapped a friend of mine and tried to kill her. I don't agree with what she does, but still, you don't kill people for who they choose it be with. They actually strung up a vampire for him to "meet the sun" as they call it. They're sick and twisted people that have very closed minds."
Alcide smiled and nodded. "Good, I'll call her and let her know. Arian's a pretty laid back girl, real sweet.. long asyou don't piss her off." He chuckled as he sipped his coffee. That girl was about ninty percent sugar most of the time. You pissed her off though and you had a problem on your hands the size of a hurricane. Which it wasn't smart to piss her off, because then in turn Alcide got pissed off and he could guarantee nobody wanted to deal with that.
He finished up his food and pushed the plate aside. He gave Wilma a nod and smiled at her. "Promise ya, I'll look out for her there too. Even if she don't really need it." Somehow, he thought the woman would appreciate knowing someone was keeping an eye out for this girl she obviously cared so much about. He got a refill on his coffee and decided to stick around for at least a while longer. "Don't know how long it's been since you've been there. But you'll wanna talk to Sam about getting a place to stay. He's a good guy, owns the bar in town."
With a smile he reached over and shook her hand. "Alcide Herveaux."
