He was dreaming of standing in front of Addenbrooke's Hospital when he felt a sudden, sharp shake on his shoulder. Lifting his head slowly, Samrat cracked his eye open to see the dim silhouette of his wife, her eyes narrowing as she said, "Get up - it's almost dawn."
