Scarlett couldn't help but to laugh at the idea of price. "Expensive is hardly an issue for me," she said, dismissively, "but you don't have to worry about that. I'm not feeling any pyromania tonight." Had these been real, flesh and blood children, she never would have so much as entertained the thought, but since they were little more than intelligent dolls to her, it bore no moral consequence.
She marveled at how quickly and easily Slade brought the other man down. Their programming was fascinating. Was it in the man's coding to go down with that punch, or was there structural damage there? She watched Slade with satisfaction evident in her gaze. Without meaning to, she had picked an excellent partner in crime for the evening. The man was a giant, with all the strength she would have expected from one.
"Of course there is: my entertainment. That's all the purpose there needs to be." The entire existence of the park was based on that driving purpose, if not specifically for her, then for other rich brats like her. "Besides, you need to blow off steam, don't you? Let's see what trouble we can get into with him. This way," Scarlett cooed, and led him in a direction leading away from town. "I'm sure there must be some empty barn around here we can find."
