Who: Henry Mills and Regina Mills What: Catching up after the run in with Laura Hale Where: The Mills Home When: After school Rating: G Status: Incomplete.
Henry was running a bit behind after stopping in the street to greet the woman who he thought was Ruby. Maybe he hadn't been paying enough attention but he hadn't realized there were doubles running around of people he actually knew. It was a curious thing, really, and he should have suspected it was not only possible but likely. With wonder in his mind on this subject, he bounced up the pathway to the Mills home, swinging his backpack down as he gripped the door handle to the front door and pushed it open.
"Mom?" He called out with a loud voice that overflowed with excitement. He hadn't had a chance to really catch her up on the first days of school or much that was going on in his life. He had just gotten so busy. That wasn't a good excuse though. "Are you home?"
He did hope she was. Setting his bookbag down, he bent down to unzip the compartment, pulling out a bag full of clock faces and various gears, all of which he wanted to show to her. He had it in his mind that he was going to make a new clock. It had been far too long since he had embarked on the assembly of one and, well, he wanted her opinion on the aesthetics of the project. Maybe it could be something they planned out together.
