WHO: Sam Winchester and Jessica Moore WHAT: More talking. Lots and lots to be said! WHEN: Wednesday evening WHERE: Their room STATUS: Closed/Ongoing WARNING: Likely Low, TBD
Jess had been here for several weeks now, and she was settling into things as much as she could. It was still...terrifying when she actually sat down and thought about everything that was going on, but she tried to keep herself busy enough that the full weight of it didn't hit her but once a day. Or twice.
It wasn't only being in this place, either, although that was certainly weighing on her. It was the the things that Sam had told her, the fact that she was dead. The fact that monsters were real. Although...that was both terrifying and exciting. Jess wasn't a terribly religious person, but she'd always had the feeling, deep inside, that there was something out there more than just people. A higher power. A creator of sorts. Angels maybe. And even if they weren't as she expected them to be, she had proof from Sam that they existed. Which made everything that she'd studied in college relevant. That would be something to take down at her parents, who had constantly rolled their eyes at her studies.
Only...she couldn't. That thought hit her hard, nearly knocking the breath out of her. She couldn't go back home, he couldn't tell her parents anything. Because when she went back home, she was dead.
She felt panic building in her heart and swallowed, trying to get her mind off of things before she went into a full-scale panic attack. It had happened more than once, and she was willing to do just about anything to keep it from happening again.
Running up the stairs, she hammered on the door (who knew who Dean had in there) before letting herself in.
"Sam? Sam, are you here?" Her face was pale with fear, and she knew that if he were here, if he could talk to him, at least some of it would be relieved.
