Faith shook her head. "If I ever need a boost or a human stepladder, I know who I'm calling," she said. If B were standing next to him, she'd look like a damn doll. Faith leaned back against the bar again. She grinned. "More of a Jack or beer girl, but if rum's your kick, I'm into it. Fitting the theme and all."
She dropped back onto a stool, hooking a foot around the leg and leaning an elbow against the table. "It stops being weird after a while." Faith paused and then amended. "Actually, kind of doesn't? But it stops being surprising. I mean Prince Charming and Snow White are helping run the joint, and I've seen flying girls and pretty sure someone said Superman was around. Pirates are kind of on the low end of shockers, you know?"
"What about you?" Faith asked, slipshod Boston accent slipping out more pronounced on the 'about'. "Superhero, magic, weird video game stuff? You're not a vamp, that much I know." Because the vamps might not work the same way around here, but Faith's little tingle of Slayer sense still usually helped her spot them. Except for the half and halfs and whatever else there was that wasn't full on fanged.
