"Right. Hilarious," he deadpanned, and finally fully holstered his gun up against his hip. It said a lot about the evolution of their interactions that he didn't feel the need to be on guard around Barry. At least not like this. When he wasn't even fully dressed and neither of them were in hero or villain mode. Though, admittedly, he'd been slacking on he villain thing of late. But at a glance, he was willing to bet all those bruises were a direct result of Barry's usual brand of heroics.
"If you're living here, let's get the ground rules out of the way." Len raised a hand, fingers spread out so he could tick off his fingers one by one. "Don't touch my things. Don't go into my room. Don't try waking me up early. Clean up your messes. And, warn me before you bring company." He dropped his now balled fist to his side and finally took a moment to study Barry a little more curiously, head cocked to the side.
