Josh turned to face the direction he had heard Sally's voice from. A smile broke out on his face when he caught sight of her. He didn't think anything of her running towards him. She was a ghost. She'd just go right through him. At least that was what he'd assumed. He had no way to know that Sally was much more than a ghost.
The force of her tackle caused him to take a step or two back. It took him a moment to wrap his arms around her slender frame. He was in shock. When his brain caught up with the fact that Sally was someone real, someone he could feel, he wrapped his arms tighter around her.
"How? What? When?" Josh stammered out, so surprised and confused. . He hadn't let go of her though. He wasn't sure he could just yet. Who knew how long he'd be able to feel her? If this was even real. so surprised and confused.
