"I only have one woman in my life right now." That he didn't objectify entirely. As much of horrible guy he was when it came to relationships with women, he sure held a lot of them close to his heart.
"I think he would just see it as something the Mark was doing, rather than a reaction to the show." He pointed out a little sourly. Dean knew that most (Ruby) were just bracing themselves for when he would implode on the town rather than asking some pale ME to come talk him down from making an obvious mistake. "I wasn't even really thinking. Sam...would blame himself more than I would for getting Charlie even involved in that shit."
Dean, oddly enough, was in the 'this is real' boat all of a sudden. He took solace in the comfort because it didn't really happen often. Not that his world was 360 combat all the time, there were quiet times. But most of the time, it was dealing with bullshit and not knowing when it was going to end. He'd been there a while now and nothing had happened. No monsters (with the exception of Ruby) but even that, she wasn't killing anyone or trying to raise Lucifer from Hell so he considered that a plus.
Not redemption but a plus.
Dean took the 'make it count' as a personal cue almost. He leaned in, pressing his lips against Liv's in the spirit of making his time in bizarro world count. Oddly enough, she didn't feel as cold as he quite imagined she would be.
