Jeremy was still in a sort of shock that Vicki was there, in Storybrooke, alive. Or not dead, at least. To say that Anna's text earlier had surprised him was an understatement. And it wasn't that Jeremy wasn't glad to see her, because he was. It was that somehow his life had become even more complicated after he'd died. And who knew that was even possible?
He was trying not to think about the fact that three of his ex-girlfriends were now there, in the same town. With him. Because that was going to end well.
He looked down at the paper bag he was carrying. There were a couple of blood bags inside, and he hoped it would be enough. He knew that she was still very much a young vampire, and she might not be as in control as most of the other vampires he knew. But he had to help her. He owed her that much.
When she opened the door and smiled at him, he couldn't help but smile back softly. "Hey, Vicki," he said quietly.
