Who: Fred Weasley and Charlie Weasley. When: Friday, April 4. Afternoon. Where: Granny's Diner. What: Charlie needs proof Fred is not George. Warning: Low. Status: Incomplete/Closed.
Fred understood that Charlie didn't quite believe that Fred wasn't George. Fred probably would have been the same way, had he been in Charlie's shoes. Fred was supposed to be dead in Charlie's world, and yet here... here, Fred was alive and well. Fred didn't exactly understand it himself. But he was glad for Storybrooke, because that meant he didn't have to die quite so soon.
And he was glad Charlie was here. It was good to have family members around, though Storybrooke seemed to like to give him his family only to take them away again. Perhaps that was the price to pay for being allowed to live longer than he should have.
He and Charlie had agreed to meet at Granny's Diner. Fred made sure that he informed at least one of the employees that he would be back shortly, and to call him if anything happened to go wrong. He then made the short walk from his shop to Granny's Diner, and secured a table for the two of them. He settled into his seat, and ordered a cup of tea while he waited for his older brother. He was happy Charlie was here, he was happy to have at least one of his brothers around.
