He hadn't been particularly fond of being stuck in Storybrooke, and he still wasn't particularly fond of that idea. He also disliked the fact that Storybrooke seemed to be causing so much trouble for everyone else stuck in the town. Especially when it was interfering with a high school student's plan of going off to a good college and doing something with her life.
"Well. Maybe the crazy shit will settle down for you, after a while? It's bound to, right?" Though Bond wasn't exactly sure he believed this. Things rarely settled down for him, it was almost silly to believe that things would settle down for other people.
There was a slight smile at the mention of the Hulk. "Well. I'm not sure I would want to mess with someone who is friends with the Hulk." The Hulk had the ability to intimidate almost anyone, and Bond wasn't immune to that at all. "But I am more than willing to let you use something of mine. I'll even show you how to use it, if you're unfamiliar with it." He considered his options, considered what it was he could give Lydia to protect herself against Peter. "Would you prefer a gun or a knife?" Perhaps giving a seventeen year old either of these wasn't the best idea, but he wasn't certain letting her go to this man unarmed was a good idea, either.
Deciding that giving Lydia what he had planned on drinking was a bad idea, he opted on something simpler. He grabbed two bottles of water from the fridge, and made his way back out into the room he had left Lydia in. He offered her one of the bottles before nodding toward the living room. He reached toward her for a moment, brushing a strand of hair out of her face. "Netflix?" he asked softly.
