"I don't know, can you?" she asked, smartly on her own. She couldn't help but grin a little. It was nice talking to someone who didn't know her and didn't treat her a certain way. "I'm graduating early. I don't think I could go through another year of school if I didn't have to." She would go right to college, she supposed. "Much much more."
She nodded a bit. "A good portion of my friends are werewolves. Though banshees and werewolves are just the tip of the iceburg where I come from." It was one of those weird things, which is why she didn't freak out about magic. Sadly there wasn't much she could do to prove it to him, besides the fact that she couldn't lie. Unless she screamed. It wasn't natural. But there was no reason to do that in the diner.
"Thank you. I mean I know you don't have much choice but to believe me. But I do need to control it. It's just that I think the only one that can help, is the one who attacked me in the first place." She gave a slight sigh.
"Try is all anyone can do," Lydia agreed with a nod of her head. "I promise that I won't try to kill you either. Not that I could but.. who knows?" She beamed a little proud of herself that she had picked out the best pie. "You should."
Lydia nodded, and finished the last of her pie. "Netflix." She pulled out money for her pie and tea and put it down. "Shall we?"
