Who: Merle Dixon & Daryl Dixon Where: Granny's Diner. When: Right after this. What: Reunion, not amused older brother, the usual? Rating: PG-13, Merle's involved. Status: In progress.
Despite his recent comments to his brother seeming urgent, Merle was in no way in a rush to find Daryl. Honestly, he didn't really need to see his little brother right there and then, but someone needed to hit him across the back of the head for spreading lies. So, instead Merle casually sauntered his way through the streets, admiring the local catch as they made their way passed him, making it known to them that he was impressed. Although, he didn't stick around to hear their replies to his wolf calls, just continued to walk away in the direction of Granny's.
Even though Merle was doing his best to arrive much later than he said, he still managed to get there not long after he left his room. With a sigh he entered, although instantly perking up when he noticed the waitress was a sight for sore eyes. Smirking wildly, Merle casually watched her work for a moment, paying close attention to everything below the neck. That was until he caught the sight of Daryl out of the corner of his eye, to with he was reminded why he was here in the first place.
With the same proud swagger, Merle made his way over to him and as he drew closer he raised his hand. Then when he was in direct contact, whacked him hard across the back of the head. Not that it would cause him damage, just painful enough that he felt it and wouldn't forget it either. Taking the seat opposite him, Merle looked over at Daryl with an expression that was far from impressed, "What's this I hear about you telling Hong Kong I was dead?"
