Hey everybody. Ivy again! Hello. Hi there. How're you? I'm pretty great, but it's four in the morning and I've had probably way more coffee than is helpful. So, there's that. There's also the fact that this game is amazing and I may have developed a slight addiction to apping a lot of characters here -- really, I promise -- it's only a slight one. Don't look at it too hard though, just...leave it behind the curtain. Besides, it's not my fault. Really. It's not. You're all such great writers and my brain is seriously trying to convince me to be a part of everything somehow.
Really, in a way. It's your faults, for being awesome.
Now, I know, you're all thinking this, and, right there, is what I like to call foreshadowing (Or too much caffiene and an in depth character study, I'm really not sure which).
TA-DA! Iiiiiittt'ssss Anders! Anders, for those of you who don't know, is from the Dragon Age series done up by Bioware (Seriously, I give this company more of my money than is even sensible. But, it's delicious and delectable storytelling -- which I am a sucker for). This is my first time writing him so, there's that too.
He's uh, super nice, and maybe just a weeeeee bit radical in his thinking. Of course, there was that part where he did bad-bad things that we're just gonna go ahead and call Spoilers on and not talk about -- because he'll be much happier that way. Well, maybe. He also loves cats. Which is good, because cats.
He'll be kind of happy to see everyone he knows here except probably kinda not. Oh. Hi guilt and is more than welcome for anyone to tug at. He says he has healing magic, and can, in a pinch, heat your oven to bake cakes. He also says he's nice. Really nice.
You can reach me for plots and general chatty fun at: AIM/email: NotYourTARDIS@aol.com (-aol.com for IMs respectively)
For those of you who don't know me (do we have new people? I try and say hi to everyone, if I missed you, I'm super sorry), I'm Ivy. I tend bars, and I live in Maine. I like chatting (a fact those of you who do know me can probably attest to) almost as much as I like writing. Seriously. Especially here. You people are amazing writers, and equally as super-cool people. Also? I tend to stalk everything because A: Again, awesome writers. B: I absolutely love reading. C: It's a great way to meet new characters.
If you get an email/IM from me, where I'm pretty much just flailing at my appreciation for how you write your character(s)? Please don't panic. I do this. It happens. Often. Also, if we write together, don't ever feel like you have to tag RIGHT NOW. Seriously. Never-ever. I don't ever mind waiting for tags. I appreciate them (okay, I love them) but I also understand that life trumps writing/RP every time. I'd much rather wait for a good tag, then I would ever have to put someone through the stress of a rushed one -- an I figure that's a good thing to know.
Also a good thing to know is who I have that you can play with!
So. Yeah. I love characters. Seriously. These are mine here at Storybrooke (with more already asking to come play) and I really should just make a cast-list so I can stop posting this every time.
We have: Anders knickerweasels from Dragon Age Logan Howlett / Wolverine canucklehead from Marvel's 616[comics] Universe Bastila Shan bastilathegray from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Thor Odinson asgardianlegend from Marvel's Cinematic Universe Malcolm Reynolds soverypretty from Firefly/Serenity fame The Tenth Doctor not_your_tardis from Doctor Who and last, but certainly not least, we have Commander Jane Shepard evertheheroine of Mass Effect
You can reach me for plot, just about any-time of the day. My hours are sporadic (See also: A never-sleeper) and I'm on often. The best way? ALL OF THEM. Which, you can find here:
I love threads, network tags, Gdocs, what-ever. Also. You guys. I'm just sayin'. So, seriously, don't be shy about it. If we can find a foreseeable happenstance for interaction? Let's make it happen. If you're a castmate and want a scene? We can do that too. If you honestly think we should build animosity between characters (or just think it sounds fun?), we can build it. Basically, all the plots, for all the muses, are respectively welcomed (so long as I don't have to break character, of course).
