That may be the first time I've ever been called optimistic. But yeah, I guess I am optimistic when it comes to redemption. At least for people who aren't vampires or demon lawyers.
She's not at full power here, no; if she was, we'd probably all be dead already, either from her warpath or from her body going Chernobyl on us. She's still stronger than any normal human, but hopefully with Wes keeping an eye on her, she won't be hurting anyone. (Although for the record, if she does, and you can find a way to kill her, you have my full permission to do it. Her alignment with my team doesn't mean she gets a pass from me. I'm actually concerned she's gonna try something with her doppelganger, Claire Saunders -- she hasn't made any direct threats but she told me Claire was "meek and easily managed," which doesn't sound good.)
His girlfriend consents to letting him feed on her, I assume? That does sound incredibly unhealthy, but there are people who do that kind of thing with vampires where I come from too, so I guess it's not that different. Better than him hurting someone unwilling. Thanks for the offer, the hacking thing's a good idea, but you're right, you don't want to risk getting caught if we can avoid going that route. I was wondering about Castiel -- he knew I was a vampire with a soul, but I wasn't sure if he could figure out that kind of thing about anyone or if it was random/unpredictable. Nice that it works over the network, too. My friend Lorne has to hear people sing to read them, most of the time. Which can be hard to arrange, and embarrassing when you're the one he's reading although I still don't understand what's wrong with liking Barry Manilow.
Thanks, and same goes for you -- I don't really sleep these days so I'm available pretty much any time if you need back-up (I can work around the sun issue when necessary). I'm at [phone number]. Tonight works for me. I'll fill you in on the other people I've been keeping an eye on when I see you.
