I forsee a pretty mild meeting. Seda will probably be drawn to Ashya because of he missing cheerfulness (god that sounds horrible). What I mean is with so many loud personality's Seda will be looking for those quieter few to lurk around. Moodiness not a deterrent whatsoever.
The fact that Ashya is essentially new to the world and young will also cause her to treat her a tad more... gently than most of the others. Much less standoffish and not as sarcastic. Not to say she will treat Ashya like a child. Seda doesn't really understand that concept and treats everybody the same no matter age. This could have led to some interesting debates with children over the years...
As far as the whole blood mage thing goes, Seda is sort of in the middle ground. She won't really mind it in general and will probably be in favor of it if it is useful to the group. however, it all depends on how it is used. Seda has got some very sturdy (yet slightly ambiguous) moral codes.
