hey, everyone. i'll try to keep this short and sweet. this is vincent malone, a transplant from boston who now resides in brooklyn where he owns a tattoo and piercing shop aptly titled seven sins. he's 33 years old, and may quite possibly be the definition of rough around the edges. beneath his attitude and accent, which can be strong and abrasive at times, is actually a pretty intelligent guy who gives good advice and believes in tough love. he came from a large family that he helped raised being the oldest, has deadbeat parents, but still loves his family dearly. he's also the father of a six year old named oliver. any and all information on vince can be found here.

as far as lines, unfortunately i'm coming in empty handed so i'd love to work something out with everyone. other young parents, people he's tattooed, bromances, exes, former flings, a current fwb. people he got set up on awkward dates with, guys he gets drunk with on the weekends he doesn't have his kid. fellow harry potter enthusiasts and anyone who can beat him at scrabble. i'd totally be up for cousin lines since i'd like for him to have some family in the area. i'm totally open to whatever you throw at me so let's get plotting.

	oh that's pretty small. she could have just been a walk in and he took her in his station. he does more managing than tattooing these days so he would have been a little excited to get some inking in. he probably chatted her up while he worked, assuming she'd be receptive to that. 	It's tiny! I have mostly sleeves, but Bob needed SOMETHING. She's a talker, really friendly and one of those completely open people so he'd have heard the whole story! (Reply to this) (Parent)

oh man, he's a huge hp nerd and would love a guy friend he could discuss it with without feeling like a lame-o~. he's also the eldest of eight, the youngest around 4/5, that he's really close to, so they have that in common. he doesn't really leave the general manhattan area, he lives in greenwich, and he's not a tattoo kind of guy, so i know that's limiting. he likes to play basketball now and then, and he goes to sports bars to watch the college basketball/sweet 16 stuff. if nothing fits, we can always have them get to know each other ic!

	that definitely works! she only has a much younger brother, so it could be the latter. she could have been hanging around all the time when they were younger - she was an only child until pretty much the time she moved out for college. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

ahh okay, i gotcha. so that works. his family was kind of screwed up. (think shameless on showtime), with him at the helm trying to wrangle all of those kids and take care of everybody. maybe he beat up some kid for making fun of her or getting too grabby or something when she was in high school and they sort of just always had a brother/sisterly type relationship?

	i love that idea! i think she would have loved their family dynamic anyway, everyone caring that much about each other. her parents probably could have invited them over for dinner sometimes or something! but i love the brotherly/sisterly relationship for sure! (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I would love to work something out, he sounds really interesting! Laura doesn't have any tattoos, but she has been thinking of getting one lately, she could go into his shop and get one, perhaps? If not that, I can brainstorm pretty much anything! (Reply to this) (Thread)

Zaid here is also a tattoo artist working at NY Adorned in the East Village. He lives just a short ways over in Greenwich village with his wife, Anya, a chef at BUTTER who's been his best friend since they were 10 years old. They are both HUGE Harry Potter nerds who also have an affinity for World of Warcraft when they're both at home and Zaid is also a big Lord of the Rings fan as well. Like most tattoo artists, Zaid is also into painting and sketching so their home is filled with his own art as well as the artwork of his friends. Technically speaking, Zaid has been deaf since he was a toddler, but he's had cochlear implants since he was a teen and can actually hear and communicate fairly normally. He still has a habit of reading lips and signing as he talks if he's really tired or around others that he knows will be able to sign back to him. Everything else about him can be found here if you're interested in some kind of line.

	Ex fling? I have her past relationships pretty much set, so it doesnt have to be anything major or serious. Maybe she got her tatts from him and they hooked up once or twice? (Reply to this)
